This tool enables any Visual Studio 2005/2008 developer to export gridview data into both real XML format for Excel 2003 and XLSX format for Excel 2007 by adding a few
lines of code to a web page. Office installation is not required.

By this tool you can export data to an Excel Workbook by splitting your data
into many sheets.

Thanks to the new interface between your Web Page and the
Gridview to Excel Export Tool you can:
- define as many sheets as you like (compatibly with
Excel limits)
- for each sheet you
can define name, datasource, columns headers, columns format
- then, with a call to the execute method of the class, you export your data to Excel
